What potential penalties do I face if I am
charged with a DUI ?
Individuals
charged with Driving Under the Influence in Washington face two types
of potential punishment: First, there are
criminal penalties imposed following a conviction for the crime of DUI. Second there are administrative penalties
imposed by the Department of Licensing. Department
of Licensing penalties can be imposed whether or not you are convicted
of the crime of DUI.
