Eric W. Lindell, Attorney at Law Biography: Eric W. Lindell is an experienced, aggressive,
trial attorney who represents individuals and businesses in a variety of criminal and
civil matters. Eric is committed to
successfully resolving his client's legal disputes in an efficient, economic manner
whether it be through the negotiation or trial process. Eric is an
accomplished criminal trial attorney. He has taken in excess of 100 cases to trial in
front of a jury and has consistently achieved outstanding results for his clients. He has
successfully served as lead counsel in cases ranging from white-collar crime and asset
forfeiture, to aggravated first- degree murder and drunk driving. He has tried a variety
of complex cases that involved issues such as diminished capacity and insanity defenses,
DNA identification, and the death penalty. For
the past several years he has been selected as one of Washington's "Super
Lawyers" by Washington Law and Politics Magazine.
He was also selected for inclusion in the consumer edition of Best Lawyers
in America, and is the recipient of the King County Bar Association's Outstanding Lawyer
Award. Eric's civil
trial practice includes cases that involve substantial personal injuries resulting from acts of malpractice, automobile negligence, sexual
